Overview

Luxena Suite combines a functional Flutter app for studios, academies and in-person classes with a web SaaS platform. It covers students, classes, memberships, payments, attendance, QR kiosk workflows and multi-tenant evolution.

Problem / opportunity

Yoga, barre, wellness studios and academies often manage students, memberships, payments and attendance through manual processes. Luxena turns those workflows into a mobile-first product and a web platform ready to scale across multiple centers.

Architecture

Luxena started with Flutter, Supabase Auth/DB/Storage, local SQLite and Stripe. The web platform extends the same product domain into a SaaS control layer with dashboards, admin panels, student flows and operational reports.

It demonstrates SaaS product thinking, real mobile/web execution, payments, operational dashboards, member lifecycle management and evolution from MVP to a multi-tenant platform.
